And I wasn't 'flaming' you about your grammar - I was raising the point that it was difficult to understand your posts because you were using the word 'or' instead of 'are' and 'write' instead of 'right', along with befuddled composition and sentence structure, along with countless mis-spellings of other words. That sounds quite a bit like Greek mythology...hmm
For me, it's the fact that I'm only going into 7th grade that hinders my ability - if I'm permitted to be a bit self-praising, I'm actually quite book-smart. I haven't read a lot of atheist literature, but a lot of religious - most of the Bible, lots of Paradise Lost, and all of the Divine Comedy. For me, it's my lack of a full, or even partial high-school education, that is hindering my debating ability.

Think about it - having good grammar doesn't make me a 20-year-old. You learn basic sentence structure in 1st grade - and I've built on that for six years now. Considering I'm not one to forget what I learn, having seven years of increasingly complex grammar lessons and the will to apply those on the internet in a DEBATE FORUM would mean that I would have at least acceptable grammar, no?

Though that isn't quite agnosticism, it's an interesting view. It loosely reminds me of Tinker Bell - how she needs children to believe in fairies to live, otherwise she's powerless. Kind of an interesting, J.M. Barrie-ish way to view god. I like it.

How exactly? In Greek mythology, the gods were always there(from the time they were born, of course) and never really flickered in and out of existence in the mythology.
Though I do somewhat see how it could be likened to Khaos - being the eternal emptiness, the Void, but still being there, despite being nothing. Of which contains nothing, but from which everything sprang. . . .

Some people believed that the way they viewed the God's was actually the way the God's were i.e. if they didn't exist then they wouldn't exist.
The point is believe, ye i believe him but im not some holly roller LOL. I dont know why this is made because theres three types of people on armor games, reliogus, atheists, and people who pretend atheists to be cool... And people usually just argue but sometimes meaningful convedsations can be started nad some atheists can become beleivers. Poeple believe in god because its obvious a higher being is out their. I dont believe in the laws of randomess or prearranged events, just god.
Why not believe? If you don't and for some odd reason he is real, when you die you'll go to hell. Its better to believe and have a chance at eternal joy than to turn to science and find that when you die you were wrong.

On the other hand, what if it's the other way around. I die and realize that there is no god. Then I would have wasted my life worshiping false idols.
Well if there's no God there probably isn't an afterlife so it won't matter because you'l be..dead.
But I would have wasted years upon years of my life. I wouldn't know it because I'd be dead, but I could have been spent doing something enjoyable or productive instead.
