Yeah. It may be true. The 'Creature' is giving a Reaction from the Light Beam from the Camera. So it is known that this may be probably true. The creature may also seem to 'Melt' from the Lightning Beam from the Camera. This was recoreded in the North Carolina Sewers.
It was added on youtube. and made 4 Million views in the First Day.

Looks like a heart. And when the camera showed the sewer going on, it looks like a back drop. And i dont know much about sewer snake cams, but dont they travel in really small pipes on the floor?
