It's not gonna be called "Kingdom Hearts 3", there are 2 games that I've heard of that are coming out. Kingdom Hearts: Birth By Sleep, and Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days. Birth By Sleep is for PSP and I dunno what the 358/2 is for.

Never heard of the PSP one but 365/2 days is DS and its full 3D and plays like an actual kingdom hearts game, but no there will be a kingdom hearts 3 for a console, just check it out this vid, you see it in kingdom hearts 2 if you beat the final guy with 100% completion on hard mode.

I basically posted the same vid you did. Birth By Sleep is that video. You only get the beginning of the trailer if you beat the game on Proud Mode in the normal game, for Final Mix you get the full trailer.
