The thing is this knowledge is very basic stuff. I thought it was something everyone knew to be honest.....
If people can't figure out this then they definitely can't put together a google customized search.
That's too much work.....haha
1. Click your name in the top right to go to your profile. 2. Look at the url once on your profile 3. Erase your name from the url and put in the user you'd like to look up.
That's it. It's much less work than digging up this thread to find the custom search, typing in a name, and clicking the correct result.
