PC of course...can access internet play online games talk( well write) with friends online go to forums play also you can do proffessional work which canot be done at 360

Well personally, a good PC like goumas said, is what I would pick. Though an Xbox 360 is still good.

They don't have emulators for the Xbox 360. Well, they might have emulators for the 360 in a decade.

Pc is better for work related things, 360 is better for gaming

Xbox you gotta pay to play online whereas, 90% of the pc games are free online and 10 times better! xbox is all about money, pc is all about doing whatever the fuck you want.
