Are you sure? Because, Itunes wouldn`t find out, Apple would, isn`t that correct. Also, I have never heard of them sueing anyone over it because I don`t think that`s really in what they do... Considering they are just, a place to buy music. sorry, not too smart about Itunes and stuff, so I might be wrong.
Actually I canât remember if it was Itunes, but Iâm pretty sure that he owes someone the money. And I think they found him because he was downloading lots of stuff nearly all the time.

I remember hearing a story about something like that. They had used an illegal giftcard code or something, so it let them get the music, but Apple found out and they had to pay it back.
