I've been playing Gemcraft 0 for several months and have always been able to load my saved game, either from my own saved slot or the Auto Save. Recently, however, I pulled up my account to find the saved game area completely blank ... after 97 levels. O.O

Is part of the "Disappearing Game" glitch? Is there anything that I can do to regain my levels aside from playing from zero?

Thanks for your help!

Sorry, the link to the forum/support simply takes you to this section.

I'm new to the forums so its taken a little site navigation to find the larger sections/descriptions of the forum. Re-posting this in "Flash Games"

Actually it does belong in Support, but you may get more responses from people who have been playing it in Flash Games.

You should try to find your save file on your computer. If you can't find that, you probably won't be able to restore your game.

Enable cookies. If that doesn't solve your problem then someone has cleared all your cookies on your computer or on ArmorGames.com

Most likely, you've somehow managed to delete the cookies. Some AntiVirus programs do that themselves once in a while - I'm sorry to say so, but you probably won't be able to continue your saved game, if this is the situation.

I don't know how to fix it, but to stop it happening again copy the code at the bottom of the screen and save it on your computer.

As I'm the only person that uses my laptop and have not changed any settings recently I don't believe that cookies are the issue. If this had happened I would see changes in other sites but all other sites, games, etc. are running just as they always have.

I also don't have any AntiVirus software (I'm on a Mac).

And the kicker is that the game code that I have is not being recognized as valid.

I found that if you use more than one browser, and clear your cookies on one, you may lose your cookies stored on another. This is probably what caused it, although if it uses an Armor Games login, you should be able to play a saved game from anywhere (I'm not sure if Gemcraft has an Armor login though, as I don't play it a lot).
