You click submit, that's all. If it's yours and is good then it will be submitted on AG.

Also the game has to be yours. It is strictly against the rules to submit a game made by someone else.

Well, then they are breaking the rules, aren't they? By doing that, they are putting themselves in danger of being permanently banned. And by the way, if you read the post after the OP, you would see goumas already posted the submit link.
