YES there is a sort of language called leet...very few pple understand it but the ones who do have a communications edge in games where you type to communicate(counter strike) leet is derieved from the word elite...sooo

It's just, pointless.
Not to mention a bit irritating.


Actually I'm pretty sure 1337 speak started on a Counter Strike team as a form of communication to confuse their opponents.

I think it is wrong to call it a language, as the language actually written English (or any other well known language with the roman characters).
Unless there is an actually elite language, it is just something similar to a font.

yea, if it can't be spoken it isn't a language, rather a code. :P
