If people take a look in the Video Game Section, they will often find several vs threads, and a lot of MMORPG threads, which this is about (counted 3 on 3 pages last time).
Would it be somewhat possible to have a stickied thread for a collection of MMORPG-reviews? It would decrease the need for making specific threads for asking opinions on different MMORPGs, decrease the advertising for these, and so on (and make a lot of pointless posts, blahblahblah). The reason I ask this is simple: The threads that keep popping up is usually questions for advice to pick a MMORPG, or advertising some fun game found. These threads are most often answered with a few good posts, and a bunch of oneworders: "Runescape!", "Neosteam is fun" and the like, which might lead to the person trying the games, but more often seems like a way to gain fast AP, without actually giving a reason.
This thread would most likely not destroy the need for these threads, but it would give a foundation for choices, and make it easier to share opinions on the different games found all over the internet.
This, of course, could be done without stickying it, but I fear its purpose will be failed otherwise, as it quickly will sink into forgottenness in the fast moving section.
- On the other hand, as Nemo has mentioned somewhere in a thread in the Tavern, threads are there to be made, looked at and then forgotten. Would it be needed to have a thread with reviews for MMORPGs, and would it help at all in the search for these games? Would people use them, it is not like they are going to do anything but gain a single ap, write a lot, help some few people and move on, is it? It might just be the nature of this section that duplicate on duplicate on duplicate can be made and forgotten in no time.
So, opinions on this please?

Seeing as some of them are just bashing threads, maybe not. However, a REVIEW one would be good. Reduce the threads a lot.
Actually my reason for suggesting a "Vs - thread" (not officially), since the vs threads are either used to gain ap, because even if the OP says to discuss/tell why one chooses one game/consol/computer over another, it still ends up as one worders. The other reason why the vs threads are made is to bash one game, and the creator will flame everyone that says otherwise.
So yeah, it would be a review thread, to make it easier to find some games of your interest.
