I mean, I prefer FPS (first person shooters) to 3PS, but i love the cover ability in Gears.
Also, the immense amount of replayability in Halo, due to Forge, Custom Games, the great map packs, and the Red Vs Blue series keeps things fresh and loving. I got sick of gears after beating the co-op campaign on impossible!
But if it were a question between Covenant vs Locust and UNSC vs Cogs, I'd say the halo factions would win, but the Gears would put up a very good fight. The Corpsers would dismantle the smaller vehicles, but those scarabs would ahnillate all of them!
The UNSC has better vehicles, and ODST's. I also dont see the Cogs having such a nimble-yet-powerful Helicopter such as the Hornet.
Halo wins, but Gears is a good second...or third, if we're gunna talk Saints
gears of war 2 der! halo is boring unless u have friends and are playing around on forge. and when we play around on forge we make some pretty awesome stuff! anyways gears has Horde... ya that alone whoops halo in the.......
i haven't played gow2 yet i liked the first one man there were certain parts i jumped like the berserker coming from nowhere but is gow2 fun i want to know

Gears 2, the online isn't the greatest because they fucked with the twopiece and made the smoke grenade not knock people on their ass, but then again, halo's not the greatest online either
