I like to write short stories and i will keep them here in my Big Brown Book. They might not be perfect, but oh well. Heres my first story.

Ronnie and his Present

Ronnie was 10 years old. He lived in a Village full of lumberjacks. He also asked his dad if he could have a job, but he was always denied. Ronnie couldn't wait to be old enough. Because then he would get a job. It was his birthday and all he wished fo was a job. He thought he'd be rejected again. His dad brought him a big box. Ronnie didn't care to open it, but he did it anyway. It was a kids bow and arrow. He was glad his dad bought it for him. At least he could practice. Then his dad started walking, Ronnie following him. He told him to stay here and play with his bow and arrow, but not to go anywhere else. Ronnie couldn't practice here, so he thought of a plan. That night he snuck out of the house, and went to the barracks. He slept over there, because it was closed. The next morning he started practicing with a target. His dad came looking for him. He saw him and started yelling, but then he saw how many bulls-eyes Ronnie had. He gave him a real bow, and he hit ore bulls-eyes. Ronnie then trained for a long long time.

Epilogue

Ronnie was now 17. In the towns military. He was the best archer there. He then was injured very badly in war. Almost killed. He stopped serving for the military. His dad and the town was all upset. Ronnie left the town, so they could live happy. Ronnie than had to be a pioneer. He hitch-hiked. Used tracks, and lived his own. Somehow when he was 22 he came back to his hometown. Everyone was glad to see him. Ronnie re-joined the army. He always wore a red bandana and eyepatch. The signs of a true warrior, and it has lived ever since.

Well i hoped you liked my first story.

Way too many sentences. Try to combine them, like this.

Ronnie couldn't wait to be old enough to have a job.

Simple fix.

Short and sweet.

I think is quite good, but don't consider me cause I am not good at writing. I know only about sports, scientific things, painting and maybe music.

thanx dudeguy. thats usually my biggest problem. sometimes i write lots of really long sentences, and sometimes i write to short sentences. But I'm not going to edit the stories and repost them in hear. I will just use the suggestions to mkae my next story better. And i wrote that on the spot. I just made it up as i made this thread. took like 10-15 minutes to make this thread.

Well heres a short poem. Not a meaningful one, just a poem

I'm laying on my bed
Wondering what rhymes with head
Than I realized i made a rhyme
I could make one for a dime

This money making scheme could do
But it couldn't buy something like a shoe
I need a way to make millions
Maybe stealing money from civilians

I think to myself laying on my back
Man this is hard to do
Maybe I could sell a shack
What's the point thats hard for Pooh

I fall asleep now, lying there
And then I dream about a hare
The hair was strange it seemed
The logo for a gallon of ice-cream

Hehe thats my poem. I never really write poems lol I hope you like it.

The poem was too random-rhyme-ness. . .do your best to make the poem unite under one subject instead of jumping around a lot.

Don't try and push the lyrics dude. Make it flow. It doesn't all have to rhyme.

I think the story, and the poems are great.

I think the random poems are the best.
