I'm trying to delete that shout I got from Frylock19 and I can't, I pres delete, it says "Are you sure you want to delete this?" I click yes, and it's still there...

Why does this do this?

Also...When I submit a game will it automatically be on the front page? Or does it have to go through some sort of judgment stage by the admins/moderaters?

Delet all the comments you want and then go to your control panel an scroll down untill you see update profile. It will be gone after you update it.
