Metallica are better they have made many great songs, Megadeth are good too, but I think that they are slightly worst.

I'm not too big of a fan for either of them,so I'd have to go with the band I dislike less,which would be Metallica.

Metallica. Much much better. I'm listening to them right now, as a matter of fact.

I was listening to Metallica about ten minutes ago.

Although I think that Dave Mustaine is a better guitarist than Kirk Hammet, I would have to say Metallica because Lars Ulrich and James Hetfield are awesome.

I like Metallica better. I just listened to The Day That Never Comes and before that, Eye Of The Beholder, two of the songs I listen to when sad.

there legacy is waayy bigger, they revoulutionized, and brought to the surface ( or at least had a big role in it) thrash metal. In my opinion, music will never be better than it was in the 80's and early 90's with metallica



and as far as im concerned, i respect megadeth, there music is cool, but megadeth wouldnt of happened if dave mustaine wasnt a drunk bastard.

metallica kicked a drunk out, meaning they have more self control. in my opinion, metallica is just overall better

Yeah,I may not like Metallica too much,but I recognize their place in Rock history. That's why I put them in my polls. Also,critics,who have not always liked them in the past,also realize Metallica's place in rock history,and they enshrined them in the Hall of Fame. As for Megadeth,let's just say I'd rather listen to the BeeGees.

Neither, they both suck. But if I have to chose one it would me Megadeth simply because I hate Lars Ulric forever for lobbying against Napster and free music on the internet. Anti-Pirate capitalist sell-out.

Metallica because they are better, Dave Mustaine is awful, his solos suck they sound like crap, i'm glad metallica got rid of him.

Metallica was good in the beginning, but let's face it, they are sell-outs.
Megadeth Owns beacause they have rediscovered their thrash metal roots and it's Endgame for Metallica!!
