Well I don't really know where to find it...
I figured out it's a symbol in hirigana(a type of japanese writing) though... It's like the top part of a half circle with a line coming from the middle to the bottom left

It is a symbol that isn't recognized by the site, so it comes out with some sort of alt-code series of symbols. Try finding an image and posting it using BB code.

Wait how can't you find the symbol? Where did you get it in order to put it in the title becaue you had to have got it from somewhere, so just post a link to where ever you got it from.
