Just reminds me of a few people who like to act like idiots because there is no consequence. There is a lawsuit going on right now about slander using twitter. Apparently, all public forums are subject to law. It's going to be really funny when 12 year olds get a knock on the door by the police for acting like fools online.

What do you think? Should you beable to say anything you want online?

I like how "eThugs" usually fail at spelling as well. They think that typing like a moron makes them look tough I guess.

Well I think an eThug is A: A pussy in real life who gets owned by everything in life or B: An idiot who is used to intimidating people in real life but has no idea what people are like on the internet.

They should be able to say what they want . . . but there should be a limit and consequences to stupid children's actions.

The first amendment guarantees the freedom of speech, so why shouldn't it apply to communication online?

First, the Internet is international. Not every country has a free speech amendment.

Second, Slander is not protected by free speech. There are limits to all our freedoms. I can't yell "FIRE" in a crowded movie theater causing a panic and possibly causing people to get trampled to death. Imagine if someone posted all over the internet that you were a child molester and it caused you to get fired. Would you back that person's freedom of speech up?

Giving homeless people food is great, would you rather have them die?

...yes?

Well I can't speak for the entire world, so I decided to talk in terms of the U.S.

Basically you should be able to say anything online that you would be able to say in real life. As for the fire thing, that would fall under something you can't say.

eThug or better known as 'Internet Gangsta'.

(Now you may be thinking that I am one of those people because of my name. But to tell you the truth, this name came out of nowhere and 'Blaze' has always been one of my favorite usernames. I knew there would be a lot of people called 'Blaze' so I changed mine up. 'Gangsta' was added due to a previouse name I had planned such as 'Lil G Loc'. Though I am over that whole fad, I can do nothing about my name. It does not bother me, so I live with it.)

Anyway, some of you post comments that are not really in the 'eThug' section. Such as these;

"U r Lame, Gtf0"
"Ur not good, I'll bete u rite nowe"

These above are 'flamer' or 'hater'. They are not related to the 'eThug' because they in no way act as a 'gangsta' or 'thug'. They are simply flaming or causing trouble.

Now these are 'eThugs';

"i Kill u blood"
"I slit ur throat u A** cuz I'ma G"
"Ima kick yo a** dog"
"Was up G?"
"Wer u live I kick ur a**"

Those above are 'Internet Gangsta' because they are acting as if they can intiminate someone online where no physical damage can be done to one's self or another. They know they can get away with saying the things they say.

Now if your woundering what the 'Blood' term was. Well it's a respons I have gotten before because some internet Gangster thought I was a member of the Bloods Street gang. He obvoiusly claimed to be a Crip, and said that he'd 'slit' my throat. At first I told him that Gangstas don't spend time on a forum, but he refused to bite.

In the end.....I continued to point logic in his 'claims' until he started to repeat words.

I guess just saying "I SLANDER ALL OF YOU!" isn't really slander but still, you get the point... if there is one.

People under 18 have limited rights. Freedom of Press doesn't apply to people under 18, some other ones too, I forgot though.

There needs to be consequences I want to see some of these people who want to fight but into an UFC ring with whoever they said they could beat up lol obviously that will never happen. But if you say you can beat someone up online odds are your not very tough in real life. There are two kinds of people who can fight and/or are stronger then the average joe.

1 is the bully who may be able to actually beat you up most arent very tough though just strong

2 is the strong guy who has discipline because he knows that he could hurt other people accedentally if he gets mad or loses control

Since the second is not as likely to be threating you online your talking to some brat that likes to act tough cause he can get away with it or a bully.

Ladies I used he because im assuming your smarter then us guys and don't threaten us online
