Wii Fit is a really good game. It is fun, whether you just want to see how balanced you are, or to try out some relaxing yoga. Test your strength, or try doing areobics to burn some fat/calories, or just to get a good exercise. But if you regularly workout on Wii Fit and do it properly, you could definitley lose some weight if that's your goal, workout with the strength exercises to get stronger, try to improve your posture and balance, or simply have some fun. I love Wii Fit.
