T-pain is ok I think people say autotune is lame because it's gone mainstream before only a few artists used it no one had a problem as soon as it became populer people starting say it sucked. T-pain has a good voice without autotune.

You need to practice and stuff for a long time to play an instrument. Using autotune, you don't have to practice or anything, you can suck, and voila! Today's pop music!
