Missles are good the way they are just laern some rush counters. The icon does need changed most of these ideas are fairly good

The kicking thing isn't good. Just make it so that if you lose your partner the loss doesn't count, but if you win you get 2 points w/o a partner.

When I get my comp back i'll make an icon I need to know the perportions though

Take out the win 2 points thing on my suggestion. I decided it would almost be encouraging quitting...

Friend list is the most important part of the game that need to be made (in my opinion). Also being able to see what they are doing and what game they are playing is good to.
A clan option or the ability to add a clan name to your name.

Influence is not very well balanced. Special units are too expensive. I've never got to 100 influence with capitalist/fascist.
