They aren't hard, you just have to think a bit. Start out with everything defensive and get it upgraded as quickly as you can. Once that is accomplished, remove the one in the back and get a Financial Center. Build your money up to 100 or so, then remove the financial center and start building offensive centers, one tile at a time. I recommend tanks, fully upgraded.
