This movie is going to be awesome but I have noticed a lot of racism around the movie about the choices for the cast, I think the choices are pretty awesome and that Dev patel is best for Zuko and the movie should hopefully be good.
The anime was awesome, but I'm having doubts about this movie, another anime--->live action movie, hopefully it'll be better than the dragonball movie.
I hope the movie's good, but I have my doubts. I don't know how well turning a cartoon into a real movie is going to go. I also generally don't enjoy M. Night Shyamalan's work.
Oh no! After Lady in the Water and the Happening I lost all hope in him. Although I used to watch the cartoon, I don't know how good this will be. I'll save my money and wait for it to come out on cable.

HAHAHAHAHAHAAH he looks so ridiculous on this picture!^^ Anyway, I don't see how it's such a great news... I meazn, it's not that good...graphics are originals and great, but it's not that transcendant... Plus Shyamalan is not a great director... The Village is a mess, Phenomenon seems to be crappy, his only good film is the Sixth Sense...which is good, but not the movie of the century...

Funnily enough, since it is not an actual word (or rather, official English word). Avatar; the last airbender is an anime that has been running on Nickelodeon for quite some time, and has been gaining a reputation for their funny jokes, and interesting story. It consists of this boy, Aang, who is the last airbender (a person that can control air, or, bend air), who is also the Avatar (going to make peace in the world). He meets Katara, a girl with water bending abilities, and her brother, and they start journeying to get Aang to learn to bend all elements (thus making him able to be the Avatar). And so on. Short: Makes friends, evil guy become good, big fight, happy ending.
