And Football? Which Football? CFL Football and NFL Football are two totally different games therefore different sports.
I find CFL Football much more exciting because there is a lot more speed and offence. NFL Football is a snoozefest.

The reason why i like hockey is because you get to check people, and if you do, you only get a 5-10 minute penalty. how fun is that?

You don't necessarily get a penalty for checking people!

If that happened, everyone would be in the penalty box... except the two goalies. It depends on how bad the check is, if it injures them or something then it could get a serious penalty.

A 5 to 10 minute penalty is rarely given out. These penalties are usually reserved for fights and... uh, dangerous maneuvers with the stick. :P

The most common is 2 minute penalty. Oh, and in pro women's leagues, bodychecking is not allowed so you would get a penalty. (if you are a woman :P)

Out of these selections I'd have to pick Football.
However, out of all sports I enjoy watching the X games the most which includes bmx, skating, and motocross.

Well, it really depends on the referee, and league your in. I usualy do hip checking.
