If you have Comcast cable and have Comcast OnDemand then you can listen to this for yourself. Go to the Ondemand channel (Channel one), then go to premium channels, then go to Encore Ondemand, select any of the movies to watch. Before the Movie starts there's a preview for Starz Ondemand. If you listen to the background music it sounds like Greenday's Longview. Someone tell me I'm not the only one who thinks the background jingle sounds like Longview.

Ernie, the part that's similar is only the melody, but the chorus (obviously) is different. However, the melodies are quite similar.

Melissa Etheridge's "Giant" has the same sound as a Green Day song of which the title escapes me. Any Green Day fan would probably recognize it immediately upon listening to "Giant"
