I cant seem to upgrade my bank actually the only thing i seem to be able to upgrade is my forge and outpost why is that? Its fusturating i hear u guys say upgrade and im like wtf i cant. Wich makes it seem impossible to pass mission 6 im a capatalist.

When you click on the bank, there should be 2 boxes. One says stock exchange, the other says cancel. Click on cancel, then there should be a box for upgrading it to the treasury.
