What is your favorite plane? Feel free to give a detialed response if you can!

I would have to say I have more than several favorites I just can't decide upon: The Su-37 Terminator, the F-16C, the Su-47 Berkut, the Su-27, the MiG-21 and the B-17 "flying fortress".

Look, I'm not a Plane nerd. I don't like any Planes. >_<

We'll I'd like to be a pilot of a seam powered aeroplane. well I'd pull that pilot wheel around and then back again. An I'd wear a blue hat that says steam powered aeroplane. The letters would go around the brim and then back again.

Let me think. I can't really decide as to which is my favorite.

A few I can think of are the B-52, F-16, F/A-18, MiG-29, F-15, F-117, F-22 and the B-2.

For some reason, I tend to favor American aircraft. I also am interested in WWII aircraft.

Anyway, after a bit of Google because my 6:30 am mind doesn't remember all the names, I've come up with this list.

F-16, F-22, F-18, AV-8B, T-6, and the MX-2 (more of an aerobatics airplane)

I even linked to pictures for Zega =D

Sukhoi 27 flanker was a favorite - it was also the only jet I actually learned how to fly in LOMAC - damn that game is complicated.

Other favorites are the A-10, Spitfire, Focke-Wulf 190, Messerschmidt BF 109-E, and... I do have to say that I have an entirely girlish crush on the Lockheed SR71.

I like the Harrier Jump Jet (specifically I like the BAE Harrier II for no real reson). It celebrates 40 years in service this year. A great idea and a stinning plane. (shame I can't find the video of the firstprototype vertical take-off... it is kinda funny). I almost have to say the Spitfire to stay patriotic (even though the hurricane shot down more in the Battle of Britain: 55% to the spitfires 33%) It is a beauitful piece of machinery.

I do have to say that I have an entirely girlish crush on the Lockheed SR71.

I know what you mean.

What about coplanar lines?

My favorite airplane has got to be the Jefferson Airplane!

The Enterprise is a spacecraft/spaceship. Not an airplane.

If the Aurora exists, it would be high on my list.

@Pixe214

I do like the Harrier too. Vertical take-off is awesome.

The A-10 is another one I forgot to include. It looks cool.

As for WWII, the F6F Hellcat, Supermarine Spitfire, Messerschmitt Bf 109, P-51 Mustang and the A6M Zero

I also have to give credit to the Messerschmitt Me 262 for being the first jet fighter.

(Man was not meant to fly, but he was meant to kill eachother emotionally. Life lesson # 1)

I hate to fly. Like you have no idea I had an asthma attack last time I flew. Scared everyone half to death.(example of life lesson # 1 was just said)
