the aim of this thread is to make 1.a mod type something in this thread 2.a mod lock this thread
while that is happening there are different topics for example at one point we might have the topic count to 100 but then if someone makes a new topic for example spam we change
oh and if a mod types something in then we try to make the thread locked
Starting Topic who ever posts a topic first gets to choose the topic (mods don't count)
