My favorite band would have to be Judas Priest. They were pioneers for the Metal genre and they have so many awesome and well-written songs. Saw them about a month ago, and even though they are over sixty years old they still totally rock. Also, Black Sabbath with Dio is incredible; especially the new album The Devil You Know.

lol but in all seriousness my favorite band is dream theater, most people dont know of them and thats ok, they did have one "hit" in like the early-mid 90s. but they are amazing.

Isn't it really famous? I mean, I don't like metal, but Dream Theater is quite a famous band... Maybe I'm mystaking, but I thought it was pretty known...
