I'd have to go with the original 1940 Fantasia. Amazing music and unsurpassed animation. Fantasia 2000 was good, but it didn't have that abstract feel to it (although that was probably the reason I fell asleep when I first watched it as a kid).
Oh yeah lion king is pretty cool as well.
The old movies are the best. Rewatching them I still find movies like Cinderella enjoyable. They're just that good.
Probably Wall-E, actually. And yes that was Disney.

For me I would say any movie with winnie the pooh. Mainly the old animated one from the 70's or something.
