I use an old-fashioned catapult (albeit with modern targeting systems) to hit the roof with a vial of acid; if successfull, the roof will still be there, but with a hole in it.

I throw metal bars from a plane, from a very high alttitude, to destroy the roof, whit the high of the fall an object gains speed and streght
