so there is this girl that likes me and i like the girl as well but there is one problem. i told my best friend that i was gonna ask out this girl the next day and he went and asked her out right before i did and she said yes cuz she was so nervous at the time and didnt want to be mean and just freaked out. what should i do?

Well this girl obviously is a little messed up, agreeing to go out with your "best friend" even though she liked you. But whatever, your friend is a jerk and I'd recommend dropping him completely. As for the girl, talk to her and tell her how you feel and see how it plays out from there.
