Well, a hacker made 4 spec ops at the start of the game, so I'm guessing not all hacks have been patched up.

Hacks can never be patched up completely. That is the nature of this game. As I patch up an old hack, a smarter, faster, better hacker finds a new way to attack the system. My logic is, if I can't stop the hackers, the first thing I can do is at least stop people from being victims of hacks.

But don't worry, I have some more plans...

But better not post my ideas here... Hackers lurk. We'll see in a while when I launch a new patch. What will happen?
