That statement just de-motivated me to stop playing Colony.
Could somebody name some builds that are used today in Colony? I have some builds in mind, but I'd like to compare them to other things.
I thought these are okay:
Forge Build (fascist, possibly monarchy or possibly capitalist?)
-Bank
-Generator (only when opponent doesn't rush)
-Forge (build generator if you haven't done so)
-Units (you decide what to make or when to make it at this point)
-Upgrade generator to solar grid
-If game continues, build Armory.
-Upgrade Forge to Manufactory.
-If monarchy, destroy Bank, make Generator, upgrade to Solar Grid.
-Upgrade to Mechanics Terminal
-If fascist, upgrade to Mechanics Terminal.
-Destroy bank, build generator, upgrade to solar grid
-for both: destroy armory, replace with solar grid
Outpost Build (communist, possibly monarchy or possibly capitalist?)
-Bank
-Hospital (only if there's no rush)
-Outpost (build hospital if you haven't done so already)
-Units (you decide what to make and when to make it at this point)
-Upgrade Hospital to War Sanctum
-If game continues, make Armory
-Upgrade Outpost to Barracks.
-Upgrade Barracks to Arsenal.
-Destroy bank for hospital, upgrade hospital to war sanctum.
-Destroy Armory, replace with generator, upgrade to solar grid
By the way, these are 2vs2 builds. I don't know what to make for a definite 1vs1 build. A suggestion would be nice. ^_^
