It's not necessarily meeting "Mr. Right" that's easy, but meeting "Mr. Somebody" is considerably easier for a woman then it is for a man.
Just take a look at dating websites. Women receive between 50-100 e-mails a day, whereas men typically receive no e-mails, and maybe get a reply to 1 in 10 of the messages they send out.

Mainly my advice is to just be yourself, even if you don't get a lot of girls right now. When you do though you won't feel like you have to act different, and you guys can just sort of hang out.

Most "relationships" with firls and guys at your age usually result in a dump within the first month or so. Seriosuly, "going out"(that's what the people in my school call it) is just stupid. Wow... you nailed it on that one. So true, dating at that age will not last long.
Take it from experience (of me watching this happen over and over again to grade 8/9/10's LOL. Some do last surprisingly, but you know it can't last forever.

I realize this isn't a very substantive response to the statement above but, I agree. 12 isn't any time to be dating. There are other more important things to be focusing on.
what i do to tell if a girl likes me is ask them out. do it in person, not over texting cuz thats lame. if she says no oh well too bad find someone else if she says yes ur in luck.
at age 12 relationships arent necessary, my first one was then. it lasted a month and then i decided that i didnt need to date til high school. then in 9th grade i ended up getting in a relationship and dating for 14 months through part of tenth and then i had another one for 16 months after taht. No really dont ask over texting not as personal and its weird when you see each other after that sometimes. Be yourself if she doesnt like you for yourself I'm sorry but she's probably not the right one. Try asking her to go somewhere with you nothing fancy. Well, if you really like her, and you know what she actually looks like, then don't go out with her at your age, if you do you will regret it because you'll break up early, and if you still have feelings for her then you have a really low chance of going out with her ever again.
