Unreal Flash 2007 hands down.

Sonny 2, it's very in depth in regards to it's gameplay and even its story. It also has decent replayability, unlike most flash games...

It is so difficult to pick just one, but I would say right now it is Crush the Castle.

My favorite? That's gonna be hard, there's so much to pick from. I guess "Warlords" was probably my favorite, just because it had a fun play style.

Crush the castle, Warfare 1944 and '42 or'43, the first one btw; sonny, sinjid SOTW, last stand 1 and 2, crush the castle and cyclomaniacs. Oh, Unreal flash 2007 too!
