You have to move on. Interact through whatever ways possible, and try to find a new best friend. (friends are forever, but you have to think about the present, too)

Ha ha just kidding my best friend forever moved once and I eventually got over it but every summer I go and visit him so it isn't like you will never get to see him again.

My best friend might be moving too, but it's not too bad. That's why you have other friends, so that you don't become too overly attached to one.

You could aways use Skype.
