When it comes to an online name, be it for a forum or online game, How do you come about getting the name you create?
I tend to go with a proper name if its for a game, depending on what it is, what I can play as, etc. Forums, I did go with Milo Windby for a long time, a name I used for a character I played as in a pen and paper game of D&D. Later going as Neko Milo and now Neko Prince. Mostly because I love cats... (and... um... cat boys from anime/manga)
I chose MysticWing because one day I was imagining how cool it would be to have wings and to just jump out of my window and fly....and wings on a man is mystical and awesome and mysterious so I just went along with MysticWing.....and I also have a comment saying my name is awesome! But sometimes when I used to play Halo 2 I went with Stealther and my Youtube account is DudeOfTheLone and my Yahoo!Answers account is Stealther28 so I guess I just base my names on what I like or the things that describe me!
i've had several online names before. this is my only one on ArmorGames, obviously. i usually just generate something random with a little keyboard mashing, or a reference. keyboard mashing names: Gorloc S'vissisth Caucheka
I got the name Riou from a game i played on my old PS1 i think it was called Suikoden 2. Basically i use "Riou" as my online name on every website i register, Be it a gaming website or anything else.

i usually get my names from a mix of words or a name of a character in a game or show I would have been called neku or shikki but it dosent sound original
I got my name from playing old games where you could only have 3 letters for your name and since my last name is buckley BUX seemed to fit nice instead of BUC or BUK and i got the 99 because i think BUX was taken by a ghost account.
I don't really have a reason for picking it. I was just trying to come up with one when I thought up of mine. I just thought mine was cool. Until... I realized there was a kid musician who's stage name was TRUdog -_-
mine is really easy, my lil brother calls me ShylaGirl, and all my family does 2, I like it so I just added the year I was born. end of story .... what a lame story it is :/
