In area 2 when you fight him, his fights last way to long and he does enough damage to make it impossible. Im a level 12 Hydroloc on challenging difficulty. Also my teams equipment sucks because I only noticed you switch other teammates equipment very recently.

Respec and get 4/4 flash freeze, mind freeze, and 3/3 regulate.
Also putting a few points into ice wall and perhaps getting guardian form (if you have enough points...) might help...
Oh and restore.
Basically, do flash freeze-regulate-flash freeze-regulate, then do mind freeze-regulate-regulate-mind freeze-regulate-regulate, then flash freeze-regulate-flash freeze-regulate (it should cool down by now I think...)
The baron will be using electric storm every 2 turns though, which recovers his focus, so have veradux electro-bolt it...
