is world of warcraft worth paying monthly for? i tried the free trial and found it a little confusing but i was wondering if i shuld continue playing it?
All of the people i know who play WoW, never get girls, never get invited to parties, nothing. It is a very addicting game, and will ruin your life. Dont play it. And with the monthly fee, the expansion packs, and the game itself, your going to spend like $70 just playing the game for the first time

Well, put it this way.
Would you drop 10 bucks to see a movie every month of the year without really thinking about if it's worth it or not? Or go somewhere for dinner?
If you would, then.. how much entertainment do you get out of a movie? Couple of hours right? Well - if you pay the monthly subscription & you get more then a couple of hours for it, you can easily justify the fee right there.
As for...

More then half the staff in my IT group play & they're all married/dating, so I wouldn't worry about it killing the rest of your life. If it's the only activity you ever engage in, yeah - that's right on the money, but if it's a part of your life & doesn't dominate it, it can be fun for a while.
