I think it would be interesting to make a game set in the revolutionary war. It would be very interesting. Some of my ideas for the new game are:
*Have the ability to select the tightness of the formation.
*Have the ability to select fire types, like volley, and continuous.
*Have up to 3 than one unit behind an obstacle, but the second and third units have to be rifle man, but they dont shoot they just reload.
*Maybe make the battlefield wider.
*Have the ability to change which track the troops are on.

Any ideas?

Weren't alot of the battles just one army line up in front of another army then shoot until one army has no troops?

yeah but they did maneuver as well. and they had to choose different units counter others, and direct cannon fire. and they had cavalry charges

Bronze, you have a point, but this is not reality...
(Actually, I have no idea if your talking about the game or the real war)

Yeah, we should have a medieval war where there were only melee units and archers.

I think it would be a good idea to go back in time.If ther is goin to be a warfare 1781 it should be a lot longer then 1917 and 1944.If it goes back in time then it shoud contenualy go back instead of past then future.

Or how about we wait for the next World War III to start in few years, and then make the game

but there actually were different weapons dude. they had cannon, mortar, a crude grenade, different kinds of muskets, pistols, sabres, and rifles were emerging

A mortar is a cannon, and this is a good idea.

Maybe in this game we wouldn't let you win XD joke.

Sounds good I think something like this would be more suited to the game than say Vietnam or more modern wars... but I think something even older like Agincourt *cough* could be good.
