Okay I am a christian and I believe in God . I don't think that Earth is the only life-filled planet in the universe . What do you guys think ? Can there be other planets like Earth in the galaxy ? I only think so , not really sure of what to believe . I got a bit of a pain in the head thinking of all the possibilities .
Hey, buddy, I think you mean galaxy. The term universe is used on a much larger scale. And it's been proven that there are other galaxies, too. Andromeda, for one. Plus, isn't that kinda closed-minded, thinking that no sentient race could be dissimilar to humans?
I meant Galaxy, sorry.
And nope. I just don't believe that there could be any other kind of human race. Maybe different kinds of bacteria, but not human.
Sentient. Not human. Human is used to define the inhabitants of earth. Humanoid would be a better word choice. And why not? Who's to say we're not alone in this universe? It is probable that sentience exists somewhere out in the vacuum of space.

It is just hard to believe. I mean, it's hard to believe that we are here.
True. If it weren't for the big bang(according to scientific theory), the earth would never have existed, or at least never have come into existence at the time it did. And the same is said by Christians of their God. But who really knows for a fact what caused the earth, and life on its surface?
There are billions of galaxies in the universe, with billions of stars and planets in each of them. It is unlikely that we are the only planet with life.
