okay sorry i didnt tell the problem i was in a rush.

Anyway, everytime i try to put a vid on my sansa using the media converter and it says it encounters a problem, and i found nothing in the help guide.

Also ill include i got it from frostwire, if that has anything to do with it

what type of file is the input and the output?

ummmmmmmmmmm... MP4 like it says, but I downloaded it as something different so I converted it but either way, the converted and unconverted dont work.
Just 'We have encountered a problem and need to close...'
