Building Inspection

I am the nail that sticks out of the board.
No carpenter seeks me, I'm left ignored.

I am the nail the carpenter started.
Whom after two strikes the carpenter parted.

I am the nail that fails its mission.
Please hurry and put me in the proper position.

Here is a building that lies on the ground.
I am the nail that kept the structure sound.
