No that is not why. Europe has been hating on Jews for thousands of years. I am pretty sure he wanted them because they were an easy target, also it would brainwash the whole German population better knowing that people already hated them.

He deliberately starved areas of food just because he was a paranoid **** who thought they were out to get him. That alone killed about 8 million. In the gulags, more than a million died and about seven million were deported out of the country, most likely to starve to death with no way to get food. Not including the gulags and famine, he killed another 600,000+ by way of execution in the Great Purge.
Look up the number of victims. It totals to around 60 million. You also have to realize that Stalin helped Germany invade Poland and several other countries. Who knows how things would have turned out without his help. Maybe Hitler wouldn't even have gotten past Poland.
