I think one of the biggest video game arguments is which of these two games is the best. A.K.A. The best video game of all time. I know FF7 had it for a long while, but recently Ocarina took the title of best game ever. So which one is ur fav? FF7 or Ocarina of Time?

FF7 all the way even though i prefer FF10.
Never liked the Zelda games and the puzzles in them.

And don't just come here saying my opinion sucks just because you're a Zelda fanboy.

I enjoyed OoT many many hours, never got past the shadow temple, was too hard for a 10-year-old who's native tongue is Dutch...
Have played FF, but I liked FF8 more for some reason :/ Call me weird if you want, it's my opinion.

Final vote: OoT

Oot. There is NO comparison. The ONLY fault were the words "Hey, Listen!".

I recently replayed it, and not to my surprise, it was better then half of the games out today, even with 10 years difference in technology.

i would have to say FF7 because it was the first FF game i played and
best game in the series (and the most memorable), though i haven't played OoT but maybe someday :P

This is a weird matchup... They're two different genres.

But anyway, I dislike the FF series. Honestly, I don't like many RPGs at all, unless they get really interactive during battle I.E. you do more than just watch the attack play out, but rather, perform the attack yourself using timed button presses and stuff.

Anyway, the LoZ series has a special place in my heart anyway, and OoT is no different. OoT by far.

FF7 for me... and iv played other ff games but the story just doesnt grab you by the boo boo (expet 10 which had a good story but not as good)

Love OoT very much but sadly a lil to kiddie for top spot and not enuf customization.

Either way love em both to bitz and i will dry hump the disks just to stay in their good books.

ummmmmmmmmmmmmm both? Loved both of these games, only reason OoT was wierd was because i played it on a computer and had to mess with the controls everytime i used the hookshot but it was still an awsome game, they both are some of the best games ive ever played

Both games are really very good. I don't think I could pick one over the other. They are both classic examples of epic games and so they tie in my book.
