I am not a little kid. Killing is wrong, if it is un-justified, and to me, justice is revenge, or to kill a criminal. So unless he has killed a person in cold blood, I wouldn't kill him.

murder in any situation is wrong. theres no "in the eye of the beholder" referance with murder.
