Assuming you're a hydro, respec and spam regulate and flash freeze, 3/3 or 4/4 on both, and hope you can down the baron enough for your teammates to kill him in case you die.
OR, you could respec and get I think...ice wall, cold neuro, and guardian form, and try to just wait out all the tick-tocks.
Uhh, well, have you tried putting aggresion on Galiant, and just spamming I guess...Sunder? on the baron? I think sunder was the one that reduces damage given/increases taken/decreases speed, it was one of them, anyway also break whenever you can, etc etc.
Keep using magic bolt + sunder + void. Have 'Dux on defensive and galiant on agressive. Galiant will do all the work. If life is a problem, try Iron skin or Suppression. Use Intervention if you want to: Galiant will cast it as well.
