I have the demo, I may buy the game soon, but I have quite a long "games I want to get" list before that. But in the demo, which only has like 5 characters, lol, I like Cecil.
I haven't played as all the characters yet but Warrior of Light seems easiest for me to play as (Level 40 something). Good game and good story so far but I gotta finish everything first.
