heeey ppl how can i kill city councils
um a Psychological..lvl 22..how can i kill them i remove their shields and strike them but i cant keep up with their healings..??
is there ny specific abilities that i should use to kill them ???

just keep paunding them and set ur other ppl on plax mode or whetever the highest defence is and keep pounding them thats what i did and i won good luck

Max out shock therapy, get gear for highest instinct, and...if you think you can tank 7k+ damage, kill them 1 at a time, otherwise kill them equally.

If you can't keep up with 300 healing a turn...then...you have a serious problem...

I'm farily certain the city council NEVER heal. Except for Duty.

yeah they NVER heal unless the 300 a turn by duty but for the most part they are fairly easy

Is there any way to lockdown on Psycho?
If so, bring one to the point of death and lock it down while you weaken the other one. This stops them casting 'State of Emergency'.
