Okk well i tried playing (Dont judge me) runescape and it said i didnt have java.So i uninstalled it and reinstalled still didnt work.

So i did system restore and it STILL doesnt work.

So i thought maybe it aint enabled.So i went to control panel, and no java.

So i searched it in search bar
And this java thing with no pic came up
Tried to delete it and this thing came up..

So how do i get java to work?

Soz bout grammer, really annoyed with comp -.-"

it should be in mycomputer/program files and have something like jdk_u1_6.0

download java development kit(jdk) from sun microsystems. the reason it's not loading correctly (by my guess) is that you need an interpreter... which is in jdk

it must be not J2ME

I think Graham said it right, just go the SUN corp.

Ok so, umm tried all that..but i now realize that when i got to control panel, it has java, just no java symbol. And when i try to open it, it says 'Application not found' in a lill popup box.

And because of this, it wont let me delete...Im pretty sure this is the cause of the problem.

And it was like a day or 2 after i dloaded th latest java.

that's weird because of the title "Explorer.EXE"

it'd be so much easier to help if i actually had a computer.

Maybe a virus?

Do a full scan on your computer. See if there are any pure or otherwise viruses. Java has given me several, including in one install.

Of course mine was bad luck, but you get the idea.
