Actually the prices change randomly, so finding a city in which you can use that strategy are limited, though not rare.
There are easier ways to get massive amounts of money. I have 4 million gold so far. I rerloaded the game repeatedly until I got two cities close to each other with perfect trading grounds. One city has 8,498 for diamonds and 17,726 for narcotics, and the other has 12,846 for diamonds and 10,735 for narcotics. I simple buy narcotics in one, go to the other to sell it (with a 1m profit), then I buy diamonds and sell it to the first city. It's much more efficient. I haven't even left past the cities surrounding Boghorn. XD
As for beating Quest 6 on the Enforcers, just merchant your way to about 60,000 gold, buy a vanguard, 4 little guys to keep you company, and claymores with mithril armor. Works great, but wether you beat a city or not is random for some reason.
It might be. I'm not sure though. I think that the vanguard is more of a "trade ship", and the tank is more of a combat ship.
It kind of makes sense, seeing as the materials for the tank are more costly than the materials for the vanguard.
There is also something else I don't get. It seems like the products you buy for a vessel are the products that vessel is made of (tanks reqires a lot of silver, other vessels require other components). How do you make a ship several times your size out of a diamond?
I think that happens to me sometimes. if you die after leaving a town, then that means you fled and the other guy caught up to you and attacked you. If that happens, It automatically kills you for some reason.
There are still some bugs in this game, remember. I guess it's all about luck. I would suggest merchanting to 60,000 gold and buff yourself up with a team, a tank (or vanguard), and claymores with mithril armor. Make sure to buff up your entire team, not just you.
you can win frontier by doing all the achievments. its easier to run your rep into the groud then it is raising it up so i suggest that you be an enforcer first.
